Except as otherwise provided in NRS 164.033, the clerk shall set a petition authorized by this chapter for hearing, and the petitioner shall give notice to all interested persons for the period and in the manner provided in NRS 155.010. The notice must state the filing of the petition, the object and the time of the hearing. For the purposes of this section, “interested person” means a settlor, trustee, beneficiary or any other person to whom the court directs that notice be given.
