A guardian of the estate shall pay from the guardianship estate pursuant to NRS 159A.105, 159A.107 and 159A.109 all just claims against the protected minor, the estate or the guardian as such, whether accruing before or after the appointment of the guardian and whether arising in contract, in tort or otherwise.
