The administrator or executor to whom letters have been issued as provided in NRS 156.120 to 156.260, inclusive, shall administer and distribute the estate of the missing person in the same manner and method and with the same force and effect as provided in this title for the administration and settlement of estates of deceased persons, except as otherwise provided in NRS 156.120 to 156.260, inclusive.
