Nevada Revised Statutes Title 12. Wills and Estates of Deceased Persons § 151.210. Claim of money paid into State Treasury; order of court

If any person appears and claims the money paid into the State Treasury, the court making the distribution shall inquire into the claim, and, if satisfied of the right of the person thereto, shall enter an order to that effect to present to the State Treasurer.
