Nevada Revised Statutes Title 12. Wills and Estates of Deceased Persons § 147.190. Reimbursement for costs

If a judgment is recovered with costs against a personal representative, the costs must be allowed to the personal representative from the accounts of the administration, unless it appears that the action or proceeding in which the costs were taxed was prosecuted or resisted by the personal representative without cause.
