Nevada Revised Statutes Title 12. Wills and Estates of Deceased Persons § 146.005. Effect of premarital agreement between decedent and surviving spouse

The provisions of this chapter are inapplicable to the extent that they are inconsistent with the provisions of a premarital agreement between the decedent and the surviving spouse which is enforceable pursuant to chapter 123A of NRS.
