Nevada Revised Statutes Title 12. Wills and Estates of Deceased Persons § 141.120. Interested person may file charges for removal of personal representative

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 155.165, an interested person may appear at the hearing and file allegations in writing, showing that the personal representative should be removed.
