Nevada Revised Statutes Title 11. Domestic Relations § 126.730. Confidentiality of proceedings, files and records pertaining to gestational carrier arrangement

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 239.0115, all hearings held in a proceeding under NRS 126.710 to 126.810, inclusive, are confidential and must be held in closed court, without admittance of any person other than the parties to a gestational agreement, their witnesses and attorneys, except by order of the court.

2. The files and records pertaining to a gestational carrier arrangement, gestational agreement or proceeding under NRS 126.710 to 126.810, inclusive, are not open to inspection by any person except:
