In the time and manner prescribed by the Supreme Court, the justice of the peace of a township or, if there is more than one justice of the peace of a township, a justice of the peace designated by mutual consent of the other justices of the peace of that township, shall submit to the Court Administrator a written report of the statistical information required pursuant to the uniform system for collecting and compiling statistical information regarding the State Court System which is prescribed by the Supreme Court.
