“Service” means all creditable employment which is validated pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and can be used in determining eligibility and scope of benefits for justices of the Supreme Court, judges of the Court of Appeals, district judges, justices of the peace or municipal judges pursuant to the Judicial Retirement Plan.
