New Mexico Statutes Chapter 9. Executive Department § 9-2A-15. Juvenile justice advisory committee;  legislative findings

The legislature finds that pursuant to the federal Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974,  1 federal regulations and state law, the juvenile justice advisory committee is required to be given explicit power to continue to fulfill its duties in administering the federal funds made available to the state if such funding is to continue.
