New Mexico Statutes Chapter 76. Agriculture § 76-2-6. Disposition of state and county appropriations

All funds appropriated by Sections 76-2-4 through 76-2-9 NMSA 1978 and by the board of county commissioners under authority of Section 76-2-4 NMSA 1978, shall be paid over to the treasurer of the board of regents of New Mexico state university upon warrant drawn by the secretary of finance and administration, as to state funds, and by the county treasurer as to county funds, and shall be expended under the supervision of the extension service of said university solely for the purposes contemplated by this act, and the treasurer of the board of regents of New Mexico state university shall file with the secretary of finance and administration copies of all vouchers covering the expenditure of all such moneys appropriated by the state.
