Chapter 66, Session Laws of 1927, (being Sections 31-201 to 31-214, inclusive, New Mexico Statutes Annotated, 1929 Compilation), is repealed. Provided, however, that this act, and such repeal, shall not in any way affect or limit any marketing association heretofore organized under the provisions of said laws, and that such association may elect to adopt the provisions of this act as provided in Section 17 hereof.
