New Mexico Statutes Chapter 73. Special Districts § 73-8-7. Notice of election; publication

Upon entry of the orders aforesaid the board of county commissioners shall thereupon cause to be published as by this act provided, a notice embodying the substance of such orders, fixing the time and place for such election and setting forth the matters to be submitted to a vote of the electors, which notice shall be signed by the chairman of such board and attested by the county clerk.
