New Mexico Statutes Chapter 73. Special Districts § 73-18-42. File of county clerk

The county clerk of the county shall keep a file in which shall be kept all papers received by said county clerk, in connection with such conservancy district, under the provisions of this act. Such county clerk shall keep a record or index of all such instruments received for filing as the same are filed.
