New Mexico Statutes Chapter 73. Special Districts § 73-18-16. Use of district funds to pay contract indebtedness

There may be used to pay indebtedness to the United States created by a reclamation contract, as the same may become due, the preliminary fund, construction fund, maintenance fund, guarantee fund or conservation and development fund, or any one or more of said funds, provided for by the Conservancy Act, of any contracting district within the provisions of Section 5(B) of this act.
