New Mexico Statutes Chapter 73. Special Districts § 73-13-42. Additional powers

That in addition to the power and authority specified in Paragraphs [Sections] one and two hereof, all such receivers shall have further powers and authority as the court in which such proceedings are pending may or can grant.
