The provisions of Chapter 20, of the Sessions Acts of 1925, being an act “relating to bonds of irrigation and conservancy districts, providing under what circumstances such bonds shall be legal investments for funds of banks in which companies and trust companies, trust funds and permanent funds derived from the sale of lands that may have been or may hereafter be granted to the state or any money or fund which may now or hereafter be invested in bonds, of cities, counties, school districts or municipalities and providing under what circumstances the use of irrigation and conservancy districts as security for the performance of any act may be authorized and provided that such bonds may be deposited to secure public money deposited in banks in the state of New Mexico,” is hereby extended and made to apply also to electrical irrigation districts organized under this act.
