New Mexico Statutes Chapter 65. Motor Carriers § 65-1-6. Field enforcement of Motor Transportation Act and Motor Carrier Act and rules

<This version of section effective July 1, 2024. See, also, version of section 65-1-6 effective until July 1, 2024.>

The department shall:

A. enforce in the field the provisions of the Motor Transportation Act and the Motor Carrier Act  1 and the rules promulgated by the department of transportation pursuant to the Motor Carrier Act; and

B. maintain sufficient personnel in the field to enforce the provisions of the Motor Transportation Act and the Motor Carrier Act and the rules promulgated by the department of transportation pursuant to the Motor Carrier Act.
