New Mexico Statutes Chapter 61. Professional and Occupational Licenses § 61-9-8. Records

(1) the name, age and residence of each applicant;

(2) the date of the application;

(3) the place of business of the applicant;

(4) a summary of the educational and other qualifications of the applicant;

(5) whether an examination was required;

(6) whether a license was granted;

(7) the date of the action of the board; and

(8) such other information as may be deemed necessary or advisable by the board in aid of the requirements of this subsection.
