New Mexico Statutes Chapter 60. Business Licenses § 60-8A-18. Violation; penalty

Any person who knowingly makes a false statement in any affirmation made and filed pursuant to Sections 62 through 69 of the Liquor Control Act shall be liable for suspension of any license issued by the department for a period not to exceed five days for the first offense and thirty days for each offense thereafter.
