The records, automobiles, field equipment, office furniture and office equipment and the records of the mobile housing commission shall be transferred to the mobile housing division on the effective date of the Commerce and Industry Department Act. The regulations and all licenses and permits currently in force under the Construction Industries Licensing Act 1 regarding mobile homes shall remain in force to be administered by the division under the Mobile Housing Act until replaced by regulations adopted by the division.
