New Mexico Statutes Chapter 59A. Insurance Code § 59A-50-3. Certificate of authority required; fees

No person shall provide motor club services or do business as a motor club in this state without having first met the requirements of this article, and having obtained a certificate of authority from the superintendent. The fee for such certificate shall be as specified in Section 101 (fee schedule) of the Insurance Code.
