New Mexico Statutes Chapter 59A. Insurance Code § 59A-37-17. Alternative registration

The superintendent may allow an insurer which is authorized to do business in this state and which is part of an insurance holding company system to register on behalf of any affiliated insurer which is required to register under Section 626 of this article, and to file all information and material required to be filed under Sections 626 through 634 of this article.
