New Mexico Statutes Chapter 59A. Insurance Code § 59A-32-4. Assigned risk plan

Every insurer referred to in Section 521 of this article shall cooperate in the formulation of a plan or plans for the equitable apportionment among such insurers of insurance afforded applicants who are in good faith entitled to, but who are unable to procure, such insurance through ordinary methods.
