New Mexico Statutes Chapter 59A. Insurance Code § 59A-20A-11. Relationship to other laws

The provisions of the Insurance Code other than the Viatical Settlements Act shall not apply to viatical settlements unless expressly provided. The following articles and provisions of the Insurance Code shall also apply to viatical settlements and providers and their promoters, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, solicitors, brokers and other representatives.
