New Mexico Statutes Chapter 58. Financial Institutions and Regulations § 58-1C-2. Purpose

The purpose of the Interstate Bank Branching Act is to permit interstate bank branching by merger pursuant to the provisions of the federal Regle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act of 1994,  1P.L. 103-328.
