New Mexico Statutes Chapter 53. Corporations § 53-4-25. Share and membership certificates; issuance and contents

No certificate for shares or for membership shall be issued until paid for in full. There shall be printed upon each certificate issued by an association a statement embodying the requirements of Sections 13, 14 and 26 herein and of any provisions in its articles which limit the right of the certificate holder to assign or transfer such certificate.
