No resolution providing for the sale, mortgage, lease or other disposition of the common lands of such grant shall take effect or become operative until after the expiration of thirty days next following the date of the meeting at which such resolution was adopted, as provided in Section 7 of this act. If no protest shall be filed before such period of thirty days, as provided in the next succeeding section of this act, it shall be the duty of the president and secretary of such board of trustees, in the name of and under the seal of such corporation, to execute the necessary deeds and documents to carry such resolution into effect, and such deeds and documents when so executed shall operate to bind all persons interested in such common lands to the same extent as if each of such persons had separately signed, sealed and executed the same.
