New Mexico Statutes Chapter 41. Torts § 41-8-5. Enforcement

Any person who fails to hold in confidence information required to be held in confidence by Subsection A of Section 4 of the Arson Reporting Immunity Act, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000).
