Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not less than $100, nor more than $1,000, or by imprisonment for not less than one month nor more than six months, or by both fine and imprisonment, and if such person is an attorney-at-law, in addition to the penalty hereinbefore provided, he shall be disbarred or suspended from acting as an attorney-at-law.
