Wherever, under any statute which was administered or enforced prior to July 1, 1969, by the penitentiary of New Mexico board, the state board of probation and parole or by the boards of the New Mexico boys' school or the girls' welfare home or by the juvenile probation services division of the administrative office of the courts, or by their officers or employees, reference is made to any such officers, employees or agencies, the reference shall be construed to mean the corrections division [corrections department], except as powers and duties are designated to the parole board by the Parole Board Act.
