New Mexico Statutes Chapter 33. Correctional Institutions § 33-1-20. Transfers authorized

Division transfers are specifically authorized for the administrative services division and the personnel and training division of the corrections department for purposes necessitated by the provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of this act. Such transfers shall not be restricted by the four-percent limitation on division transfers as set forth in Section 3 of Chapter 131 of Laws 1990 of the second regular session of the thirty-ninth legislature.
