New Mexico Statutes Chapter 26. Drugs and Cosmetics § 26-2C-16. Packaging and labeling

Before sale or transport via cannabis courier of a cannabis product, the cannabis product shall be labeled and packaged as provided in Section 17 of the Cannabis Regulation Act.
