New Mexico Statutes Chapter 24. Health and Safety § 24-7D-10. Third party reliance on supported decision-making agreement

A person who receives an original or a copy of a supported decision-making agreement shall rely on the agreement, unless the person suspects abuse, neglect or exploitation and makes a report pursuant to Section 21 of this 2025 act.
