That the assent of the legislature of the state of New Mexico is hereby given, in pursuance of the requirements of Section 2 of an act of congress entitled, “An act to provide for an increased annual appropriation for agricultural experiment stations and regulating the expenditures thereof, approved March 16, 1906,” commonly known as the Adams Act, 1 to the purpose of the grants of money authorized by such act to the carrying out, within the state of New Mexico, of all and singular the provisions of said act.
