New Mexico Statutes Chapter 2. Legislative Branch § 2-3-15. Reimbursement

The director of the legislative council service and all technical, clerical and stenographic assistants shall be reimbursed as provided in the Per Diem and Mileage Act while on official duty in the same manner as other state employees. The members of the council and other members of the legislature approved by the council shall be reimbursed for travel on council business as provided in Section 2-1-9 NMSA 1978.
