Bonds issued under the Game and Fish Bond Act shall be payable in consecutive order over a period of not more than twenty years from the date of issue. They shall be issued in denominations determined by the state game commission and shall be sold at a net effective interest rate not exceeding the maximum net effective interest rate permitted by the Public Securities Act, as hereafter amended and supplemented. The form of the bonds shall be determined by the state game commission, and, except with respect to bonds issued in book entry or similar form without the delivery of physical securities, signatures of the governor, the state treasurer and the chairman of the state game commission shall be affixed in compliance with the Uniform Facsimile Signature of Public Officials Act. The form and terms of the bonds shall be approved by the state board of finance before issuance of the bonds.
