The directors of the Curry county fair association, a nonprofit corporation organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the state of New Mexico, may by resolution accept the provisions of this act and upon filing with the secretary of state a certified copy of such resolution, is thereupon and is hereby constituted and designated as the bi-state fair association and entitled to all rights, benefits and privileges as such, and may change its corporate name to the bi-state fair association by amending its articles of incorporation in the manner now by law provided for such amendments.
