New Mexico Appendix: 2025 Undesignated Legislative Enactments § *-*-*. Reversion of balances from laws 2023 general fund appropriation to the human services department

On the effective date of this act, one hundred twenty million dollars ($120,000,000) of the unexpended balance of the appropriation to the human services department for the medical assistance program in the other category as provided in Laws 2023, Chapter 210, Section 4 shall revert to the general fund operating reserve, and within thirty days of the effective date of this act, the department of finance and administration shall transfer such unexpended balance to the general fund operating reserve.
