On or before October 1, 2001, and on or before October 1 of each succeeding year, the Department of Environmental Protection shall submit a written report to the Joint Budget Oversight Committee, or its successor, specifying the nature and location of each project to which funds appropriated under this act shall have been allocated during the preceding State fiscal year; for each project, the names of the individuals, groups and political subdivisions to which the funds so allocated shall have been awarded; the amount awarded to each recipient; whether such amount shall have been awarded as a grant or loan; and in the case of each loan, the terms thereof.
