New Jersey Statutes Title 58. Waters and Water Supply 58 § 26-11

Upon designating the selected vendor or vendors pursuant to section 10 of this act,  1 a contracting unit shall negotiate with the selected vendor or vendors a proposed contract, which shall include the accepted proposal and the provisions required pursuant to section 15 of this act. 2 Upon negotiating a proposed contract, the contracting unit shall make the proposed contract available to the public at its main offices, and shall transmit a copy of the proposed contract to the division, the department, the Board of Public Utilities and the Division of Rate Counsel in, but not of, the Department of the Treasury.
