No later than December 31 of each year, a public community water system shall submit to the department, in a form and manner to be determined by the department, a report detailing the public community water system's progress in replacing lead service lines pursuant to this act. A public community water system shall make its report available on its Internet website. If an Internet website is not available, the public community water system shall make its report available in another publicly accessible location. If the department determines, based on the information provided by the public community water system pursuant to this section, that the system has completed the replacement of all lead service lines within the system's service area, the system shall no longer be required to submit a report pursuant to this section.
