As an alternative to the individual annual submissions required by the provisions of sections 21 and 22 of P.L.1985, c. 334 (C.58:11B-21 and 58:11B-22), sections 25 and 26 of P.L.1997, c. 224 (C.58:11B-21.1 and C.58:11B-22.1) and subsection d. of section 9 of P.L.1985, c. 334 (C.58:11B-9), the trust may develop and submit to the Legislature a consolidated financial plan designed to implement the financing of the wastewater treatment system projects on the clean water project priority list and clean water project eligibility list approved pursuant to section 20 of P.L.1985, c. 334 (C.58:11B-20), the water supply projects on the drinking water project priority list and drinking water project eligibility list approved pursuant to section 24 of P.L.1997, c. 224 (C.58:11B-20.1), the water resources projects and wastewater treatment system projects on the water resources project and wastewater treatment system project priority list and project eligibility list developed pursuant to section 31 of P.L.2003, c. 162 and any other environmental infrastructure projects approved by the Legislature.
