New Jersey Statutes Title 56. Trade Names, Trade-Marks and Unfair Trade Practices 56 § 10-6.4

If any provision of P.L.2009, c. 63 (C.56:10-6.1 et seq.) or the application of any such provision to any person or circumstance should be held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of P.L.2009, c. 63 (C.56:10-6.1 et seq.) and the application of its provisions to persons or circumstances other than those with respect to whom or which it is held invalid shall not be affected thereby.
