New Jersey Statutes Title 55. Tenement Houses and Public Housing 55 § 14F-10

Any municipality which desires to provide temporary or permanent housing for its veterans or other citizens in accordance with the provisions of the act to which this act is a supplement,  1 may provide such housing in conjunction with other municipalities and may contract jointly with such municipalities for the erection, maintenance, and operation of such housing accommodations outside of the territorial limits of such municipality.
