New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 9U-6.4

The New Jersey State Commission on Cancer Research, in consultation with the advisory group established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2021, c. 210 (C.52:9U-6.5), shall solicit, receive, evaluate and approve applications of qualifying research institutions for grants from the “New Jersey Pediatric Cancer Research Fund,” established pursuant to section 1 of P.L.2021, c. 210 (C.54A:9-25.47), to fund pediatric cancer research projects.
