New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 27H-22.11

The following fees shall be assessed, in an amount to be determined by the commissioner, in connection with the voluntary certification provided for under this act: a. An initial application fee not to exceed $250; b. An annual renewal fee; and c. A reinstatement fee. Failure on the part of a corporation to pay the assessed certification fees shall result in the denial or revocation of its certification.
