New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 27H-21.29

The commissioner shall issue and promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the provisions of the “Administrative Procedure Act,” P.L.1968, c. 410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) as are necessary and appropriate to carry out the purposes of this act, and may revise, repeal or amend them from time to time as he may deem necessary.
