New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 27D-489k11

Whenever a municipality issues bonds in accordance with sections 1 through 11 of P.L.2018, c. 97 (C.52:27D-489k1 et seq.), or a municipality applies to an authority to issue bonds pursuant to sections 1 through 11 of P.L.2018, c. 97 (C.52:27D-489k1 et seq.), the municipality by ordinance may cause local improvements to be undertaken, or otherwise agree to acknowledge the undertaking of local improvements, by or on behalf of a redeveloper, for the powers granted under R.S.40:56-1 et seq., including section 10 of P.L.2018, c. 97 (C.52:27D-489k10).
